We start with a deep dive into your full health story; symptoms, history and lifestyle. We discuss your goals and how they align with your efforts. I use an easy-to-complete survey which takes around 30 minutes.

Based on what we uncover, I create targeted, personalized recommendations to support your body's unique needs, aligning with your goals. In addition to nutritional recommendations, your plan could also include stress management, environmental or overall lifestyle changes. We set the pace together, so you never feel overwhelmed.
